Upon cancellation of your subscription through the customer dashboard, you will receive a cancellation email notification stating that the account has been cancelled. If you have emailed us to cancel the account for you, we will still notify you that the account has been cancelled. You can also log into your account, and see whether your account is active or cancelled. If you are still being charged, you didn’t cancel your account.
