I have moved, but letters have still been mailed to my old address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of an address change, or update their address themselves in their customer dashboard. We will resend letters to the new address going back 3 months (90) days. Any letters that have been mailed past the 90 day mark are not subject to a refund, or resend.
