I think my letter may be lost.

All monthly letters are mailed between the 10th and the 17th. You should receive your letter by the end of the month. If it is past the end of the month and you still have not received your letter, please contact us to let us know and provide your current mailing address. Sometimes, letters do get lost in transit.
We are always willing to resend at no cost, but we kindly ask that you wait until the end of the month to allow adequate time for the initial letter to arrive.
